Dr. Sally Alexander is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Iowa. She provides expert care to those seeking assistance with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, trauma/abuse/neglect, buprenorphine for substance abuse, and many others. Dr. Sally is accepting new patients and has a flexible schedule including weekend and evening appointments.

Dr. Sally is a staunch patient advocate committed to providing individuals and families with the tools needed to live their best life. The goal is to provide patients with a supportive and non-judgmental environment to facilitate change and achieve symptom improvement.

Her 15+ years of experience as a trauma ICU nurse gives her insight into treating complex medical cases. She welcomes medically complex patients and will coordinate with other specialists to meet both psychiatric and medical needs.
